The sad part of visiting beautiful, but hard to get to places like these is that in the absence of any rules or enforcement, assholes do what they want. So the top of Mount Hays is sadly littered with garbage and chewed up by ATVs.
It’s sad because I think people should have the freedom do enjoy these paces without fear or stepping on broken glass or worse.
This old school desk did make for an interesting photo opportunity though.
